Our Backgrounds
Every member of our team has a proven track record, gained from years of experience working on a wide variety of projects for organisations such as Ageas, Aviva, BBC, BT, The Charity Commission, Dentsu, Deutsche Bank, DWP, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, London Cycle Hire, O2, Prudential, Virgin Media, Vodafone, plus many more.
The individual backgrounds of our team vary hugely. We have core members who have spent their entire careers working with technology and software, and we also have members with a more diverse background, such as an Engineering Captain from the British Army, a Management Accountant from British Coal and a Business Owner who formed and sold his own Customer Service and IT Service Management consultancy.
Today, our leadership team are accomplished, deeply experienced, capable, level-headed and professional. The most ‘junior’ of our core team has 27 years’ software and technology experience, and the most ‘senior’ has approximately 40 years’ experience.
Our Skills
Each of our team members are ‘hands-on’, embedded in solving client problems daily. With so many years’ experience under their belt, they have developed a vast array of skills during the multiple projects and customers they’ve worked on and with. These skills include advisory, leadership, delivery, assurance and problem solving.
With this level of expertise our team will always make an impact from day one. They have the ability to quickly grasp the detailed complexities of a situation and have the management skills to drive forward activities, no matter what the challenges are.
Our Motivation
What particularly inspires our team are projects that are exceptionally difficult. Our team like to put their skills and the vast experience they’ve gained, to good use. Whether that’s working on a complex set of priorities (for example at Prudential), adhering to challenging timescales (for example at The Caravan Club and London Cycle Hire), or detecting elusive, unfathomable problems (for example at Ralawise). Our team will always clearly articulate what is needed to achieve success. They are passionate about resolution and making IT and data serve the business and the customer more effectively.
Every single person in our team truly cares about the customer and the outcome. They take pride in their work and want to deliver a job well done, upholding the highest standards. This is evident in the results they achieve.
