We can mobilise incredibly quickly with no massive lead-up. Once engaged our approach is to be proactive and action orientated. We are not in the business of wasting time, we like to get up and running quickly, start moving forward and get things done. We can navigate systems rapidly and we have the right tools to overcome barriers, so we are highly effective.
In special circumstances we can finalise the commercial details in parallel and in some circumstances we can offer a ‘no fix/no fee’ model or a ‘try before you buy’ option, where we carry out a preliminary assessment at our own cost.
Operating Effectively in any IT Ecosystem
We are used to working in very diverse and complex technology landscapes, where multiple inter-related projects and release streams with different release timelines and cadences, must be delivered safely and without contention.
We are proficient in operating within highly regulated and highly secure environments, for example in the Financial Services industry.
We are also experienced in operating within complex supplier ecosystems, working in situations in which delivery and operations involves a mix of resources / services drawn from in-house teams, global systems integrators, delivery partners, hardware vendors, software vendors, and/or IT services vendors. In some instances we’ve managed those teams and external relationships, to drive a successful outcome.
