Seven years of first class service As leading practitioners of performance and scalability assurance the team has a seven year record of delivering successful assignments. Development organisations comment on the difference they see when working with this team.
Repeat assignments Dissatisfied clients do not give repeat business. Seventy percent of assignments have been follow on work the same client.
Diversity The work undertaken is diverse. It spans test delivery, evaluation, technical consulting, PASA consulting, training and developmenting a client's in-house capability. It ranges from short focussed testing of mature deliveries to extended engagements working alongside development teams. Examples of the solutions encountered run from typical websites through call centre systems, major enterprise customer relationship management systems and billing systems to carrier grade intelligent network platforms.
Drive and flexibility The team has consistently delivered objectives on time. Its extensive experience performing complex assignments in fluid, uncertain and dynamic situations is reflected in the robust flexible way they are planned and executed. A demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt and realign activitity in the face of change ensures activities remain relevent to overall project objectives.
Technology Extensive experience in the design and development of real-time distributed systems provides a firm technology and systems body of knowledge. This body of knowledge underpins all work and distinguishes the team from mainstream test suppliers that lack this broader experienece. The knowldege is the basis for comprehensive understanding of the threats to the systems being tested and is the basis for the sophisticated use of technology to test these systems.
